Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer a $15 + GST flat rate for Australia Post Express Post shipping to addresses within Australian states and territories.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 86a Brunel Road, Seaford, Melbourne 3198. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 4 business days excluding weekends. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pick-up instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9 am to 3 pm Mon-Thurs and 9 am to 1 pm Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all countries.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping times vary greatly. Please allow an additional 8 to 20 days for all international shipping depending on the destination, not including the order processing times of up to 5 days.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Leading Edge is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@spiralx.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
NOTE: We do not ship any items to P.O. boxes anywhere in the world.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Refunds
We accept returns for refund for up to 14 days after receipt of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition with packaging as outlined in our terms of service, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the delivery and return A 25% restocking fee will also apply as outlined in our terms of service policy.
Damaged Items
In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@spiralx.com.au with your invoice number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a mutually satisfactory solution.
Exchanges
In cases where customers have purchased an incorrect item, please email us as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving the items at support@spiralx.com.au with your invoice number and a photo of the items and the code of the intended purchase item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a mutually satisfactory solution.
Note: The cost and assurance of shipping items back to Leading Edge for any of the aforementioned reasons are at the sole cost of the customer as are any new shipping costs to resend replacement items.
